Not for curbside pickups! Stage items at your driveway or curb, approve the price by text, and we'll handle the rest. You'll get finish photos and a receipt via SMS. For on-site pickups requiring access to locked rooms, we'll need someone present to grant access.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we can't haul liquids (paints, solvents), fuels, oils, pressurized tanks, medical or biohazard waste, and asbestos. We'll advise you on safe disposal options for these items. Just ask—we're happy to point you to proper resources.
We price by truck space used: Minimum ($99), Quarter ($199), Half ($349), Three-Quarter ($449), or Full Truck ($699). Heavy materials (concrete, soil, roofing) use bed-load pricing. All quotes are confirmed before we start—no surprise fees.
Yes! We handle light demo: sheds, decks, pergolas, playsets, hot tubs, and above-ground pools. Non-load-bearing interior tear-outs (cabinets, drywall, carpet pull-up). One crew handles demo, removal, and cleanup in a single visit.
Donations first! We sort usable items and divert to local partners. Recyclables go to proper facilities. Only true junk goes to landfill. We aim for 95%+ diversion. Receipts provided when available for tax purposes.
